Victor comes to us from the subcontracting community and as such brings a wealth of field experience in means and methods as well as pricing. He has worked in the Washington, D.C. metro area for more than 11 years on a range of building types, from government and corporate offices to schools, data centers, and healthcare facilities. Occasionally more unique projects like breweries, private airports, and theaters have popped up. In his leisure time, Victor enjoys tennis and hiking.
