James Stopa, Assistant Cost Engineer

James joined the Axias Alexandria team as an Assistant Cost Engineer and will be part of our area cost factors team supporting USACE Huntsville with unit pricing and labor availability research for markets across the United States. James was born and raised in Fredericksburg, MD, and graduated from James Madison University with a degree in engineering. When not hard at work, James loves a good book, particularly learning about history, keeping healthy, and working out in the gym.
