Thomas Joseph has over 25 Years of Experience within Construction Industry
and he is a seasoned Estimating Professional with expertise in Cost Estimation,
Cost Controls and Value Engineering for projects from every sectors in the
industry. His experience covers both national and international projects with
emphasis on the Tri-State Area. Always a team player when working with
owners, Designers, Vendors and Contractors on multiple projects at the same
time and thrive in working under stringent project schedule. As a primary member
of the estimating team, Thomas takes the overall responsibility for the
preparation of budgets and estimates of the projects he worked on and always
responsible for the management of the project estimating team, distribution of
workload and adherence to established processes and procedures in a fast
paced environment. Extensive experience in Conceptual/Parametric through
100% Design estimates with detailed estimates and during construction for
change management. Develops and maintain database of unit costs and labor
productivity for Building disciplines and has good knowledge of the local
construction market and vendor base to generate Material Pricing Involved in
regular reconciliation meetings the Contractors/CMs and other Third-Party
Estimators. During all these stages, primary focus will be Client’s objectives in
terms of deliverables quality and thereby value to the project.
