Ben Warner, Senior Cost Engineer

Based in the Atlanta office, Ben will be leveraging a variety of skills gained over 12 years in the construction industry to enhance cost estimating, value engineering, and facility assessment projects for major institutional, government, and corporate clients on the East Coast and beyond. His specific areas of expertise include architectural and civil engineering, project management, area cost factors for the military, risk and data management, and life cycle cost analysis.

Originally from Connecticut, Ben holds bachelor's degrees in agronomy from the University of Connecticut and civil engineering from Southern Polytechnic University, and a 2022 MBA from Kennesaw State University.

Although he considers himself lucky to love his profession and job and is passionate about clients and their projects, Ben is also adept at striking a work-life balance. A family man at heart, with a wife and two sons, he coaches one son’s little league baseball team and freely admits to being addicted to golf.
