Axias has been providing cost estimating services as part of project validation assessments (PVAs) for Army and Navy Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR) since 2015. The MWR mission is to provide recreation and lodging facilities designated for use by U.S. service members, their families, military retirees, and veterans. Working with REVPAR International, a hospitality industry advisory and asset management firm, Axias provides market surveys, calculates location factors, conducts on-site interviews with general contractors and subcontractors as well as providing cost estimates and supporting DD1391 for projects in the United States and abroad.
