This new apartment community features 401 market-rate units across three separate buildings. All three multifamily buildings include a two-level concrete podium atop five stories of wood-frame construction. Additionally, the site includes a cast-in-place, 10-story parking structure (two stories below grade), which is wrapped by buildings A and B. Designed to LEED Silver standards, the new community features a fitness center, bicycle storage room, collaboration area in the main lobby, and a central courtyard terrace at the main level. On top of the parking garage, a rooftop deck highlights views of downtown Arlington with both indoor and outdoor amenities. Axias provided pre-construction estimating, contract review, monthly payment applications administration and change order analysis.
