Headquartered in Manhattan, the Feil Organization is one of New York City's oldest family-owned real estate companies. They own, develop, and manage over 24 million square feet of retail, commercial and industrial properties and more than 5,000 residential rental units, as well as hundreds of net leased properties and thousands of acres of undeveloped land across the country.

 Axias has provided cost estimating services to the Feil Organization on several projects, among them:

  •  730 N. Franklin Street, Chicago, IL
    Improvements to 13,000 square feet on the third floor of the historic Central Arts Building in the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago were initiated to increase leasing potential in a market impacted by the pandemic. The project, completed in 2021, also encompassed stair modifications, lobby upgrades, and an exterior canopy.  

  • 140 W. 57th Street, New York, NY
    Constructed in 1908, this 14-story building—also known as the Beaufort—underwent a renovation. We provided cost estimating services for 80,000 square feet of improvements to the existing elevator core and stairs and creation of new elements including bathroom and mechanical core; a double-height lobby, north and south stair, and a south façade window wall.

  • Concourse Plaza, Bronx, NY
    Construction of a 9-story, 240,000-square-foot office building in an existing shopping plaza located at 200 East 161st Street. We prepared cost estimates from documents produced during the conceptual design stage. Estimated completion for the project is 2025. 

  • 10 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL
    Improvements to this office building with ground floor retail located in the city’s downtown business district (the Loop) included new glazing on floors 1-7; terraces on the 22nd and 34th floors; a new canopy on Madison Street; and interior upgrades for common areas on levels 1 and 2. We prepared cost estimates from documents produced during the conceptual design stage. Estimated completion for the project is 2024. 

  • 1301 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, NY
    New 120,000-square-foot, 3-story office building. We provided cost estimates for core and shell scope at the conceptual design stage. The project is slated for completion in 2024.
