A New York-based private and commercial bank announced plans to relocate its headquarters from its current office to a new midtown location — a Class-A multi-story building that is LEED gold-certified.
To facilitate the relocation, the company leased over 100,000 square feet for its new office spanning multiple floors within the building. The office boasts sweeping views of the city and high ceilings that create an inviting space. The move occurred in 2021.
Axias was contracted to provide cost estimates from schematic design through 100% construction documents. The subject floors were gutted to accommodate the client’s space program, which features private and open offices, conference rooms, colocation areas, and amenity spaces.
The New York-based design team included a lead architect, MEP engineers, lighting designer, and general contractor.
