USDA’s George Washington Carver Center (GWCC) is an office complex built in 1997. It consists of four interconnected buildings and a small entry building. Buildings 1 and 2 are three stories and Buildings 3, 4 and the entry are two stories. Together they total 351,805 gross square feet and 276,109 usable square feet.

The scope of this project is to renovate and modernize all four buildings in two phases. Axias provided independent government estimates and reviewed and negotiated change orders with the contractor on behalf of USDA.
