The substantial renovation and new construction for Theodore Levin Courthouse includes replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, removal of hazardous material, reprogramming much of the interior space, new architectural finishes throughout, as well as a new 12-story tower and associated site work. Portions of the building will remain occupied during the phased project. Services provided from 2014 – 2016.
