The project includes alterations and renovations to the existing two-story building. The existing structure is a two-story wood-framed building with attics and a habitable basement. The attic located in the center portion of the building has limited access through a small hatch. The project scope includes major renovation of the existing structure, plus a large addition to create new medical office, living space, and recreation space and also to provide two new stair towers for safe access and egress from the second floor. The scope also includes associated site work and detached garage.
