Bradley Melnyk, who joined Axias’ cost management group this month as a senior cost manager, is already hard at work applying his 20 years of construction experience to a $474 million NAVFAC Southeast repair project at the Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia. In 2013 the Toronto native followed the sun and job opportunities to Florida, where his focus has been on area development, healthcare facilities, theme parks, and design-build projects.
