Acting on behalf of the owner, Axias was responsible for selecting, directing, and coordinating the activities for numerous project professionals including architects, engineers, construction managers and/or general contractors in the planning, programming, design and construction for Phase III renovations and new capital projects for Aeroterm and Realterm cargo warehouse facilities at O’Hare International Airport.
