We are part of the Louis Berger (now WSP) team delivering master planning and DD1391 preparation for several projects under the President’s European Reassurance Initiative.
Initial tasks included cost estimating utilizing PACES and local cost data for upgrades and expansion of facilities, taxiways, and associated infrastructure at air bases in Eastern Europe. The budgets will be presented to Congress for funding an initial set of five projects.
