This new museum in Orlando is designed to symbolize a beacon for humanity when illuminated and share the story of the Holocaust from the perspective of those who lived through it. The Holocaust Museum for Hope & Humanity is the world's first Holocaust museum centered around survivor and witness testimonies. When complete, the experiential museum will introduce visitors and researchers to more than 56,000 survivors and witness testimonies through various interactive exhibits. The USC Shoah Foundation—a global leader in testimony-based research, education, and interactive experiences—is the museum's content and creative partner. BBB, the architect for the 45,000-square-foot lakefront structure, engaged the Axias Tampa office to provide cost estimates at the schematic design phase, with options for additional cost estimates as the project progresses.
