This project includes the renovation and expansion of the 117,000 SF office building to be occupied by church operations, adding on to the church’s nationwide office facilities and addressing multiple building deficiencies. The work involved the reconfiguration of interior office and support space, updating interior finishes in offices and support space as well as the enclosing of the interior atrium (previously small courtyard), cleaning and re-organizing of the exterior hard and soft scape, adding an entrance canopy, cleaning and repairs to the exterior façade, and the re-roofing of the entire building.
