Madison Hall required restorative exterior work as well as full interior renovation. Previously a clinical annex to the hospital and home to the Rockingham Memorial Hospital Cancer Center, the building will house the JMU Admissions Office, Center for Assessment and Research Studies, Graduate School, and the Office of International Programs. The program includes faculty and staff offices, meeting rooms and small-scale academic spaces, among others. An ancillary project will be conversion of the previous nuclear medicine area into a nuclear laboratory for the Physics Department. Services provided from 2013 – 2015.
