The substantial renovation and new construction for Theodore Levin Courthouse included replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, removal of hazardous material, reprogramming much of the interior space, new architectural finishes throughout, and a new 12-story tower and associated site work. Portions of the building remained occupied during the phased project.
