Our staff worked on the restoration of this 143,000 SF historic headquarters building, comprised of 1920's and 1960's era wings. The project included the redesign and replacement of all major building systems and historic fabric throughout the building. Project components included new mechanical / electrical / building management and security systems, conference rooms, AV and sound systems, BIPV spaceframe skylight - enclosed atria, and the new entrance off Constitution Avenue. This project targeted LEED Silver Certification. (Services provided while with another firm.)
