The Marriott Hotels rebranding project comprises public-space renovations in multiple high-profile urban hotels, as a result of a major investment by Marriott and the Real Estate Investment Trust that owned the properties. These include the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk, and Washington Marriott at Metro Center. The program was over a three-year period, from 2006 – 2009.
