Role: Owner’s representation: management (master plan); cost estimating, procurement consulting, management (design); staff augmentation.
This long-term engagement as Owner’s Representative included overseeing a master plan for this K-8 private school campus, followed by phased execution of the plan. Phase 1 included renovation of the historic West Barn (classrooms), extensive site work to correct stormwater runoff issues, and creation of a unique outdoor play area. Phase 2 involved a new Community & Arts Building (music, drama and arts classrooms; flex-theatre space), which replaced the demolished Loft performing arts facility. Services provided from 2011 – 2016.
